Our business has been using MIB software since 1995. I first learned about the software in the Jobber News magazine. The price was right, so we purchased it. The support we get is second to none. The personnel are so knowledgeable and can walk you through any issue where ever they are. I have always had someone answer my call, not a voice mail. We have a 4000 sq foot jobber store in Canada with 5 employees, and there have been times when I’m off on vacation and my counter man has had to call the support. It has never been a problem. I recall one time when I called Debbie, MIB employee, and she was at a soccer game, she walked me through the issue at hand using her cell phone. The software has worked smoothly, and if we need some little thing like our HST added, John is the first to get right at it. We have 5 terminals. I can dial into our Main computer and check what’s happening anywhere there is internet service. MIB prints our inventory reports and shows us what isn’t selling and lost sales which is an important feature for controlling inventories. MIB uses Excel and pricing files are easily dropped into the software.  We use laser printers and our invoices are ½ pages. We have them pre-printed with our store logo. MIB prints the rest. MIB can also print all information on the invoice as well. The daily reports give you everything a store owner need to know, from how many line items sold and which clerk sold them, to how much profit was made. I have sat through many classes trying to sell me other software, but for us, there is no reason to switch, support is number one and what great support MIB has.
