Miscellaneous Transaction Reports

Received on Account transaction reports. These reports can be run for one account or a group of accounts. For example, an account may want to know how much they have paid on account this month. A Received on Account transaction report prints in seconds. It helps the account to reconcile their payments if you list the check number when you run Received on Accounts.

Account profit analysis. This report is similar to the information stored with the account data except this report covers from any beginning date up to any ending date. This report can be run for one account or a group of accounts. Each account's data in a group will be listed and the group's total will be listed.

Manufacturer's rebate report. Some manufacturers give rebates to suppliers that sell the manufacturer's products to selected accounts at a reduced price. This report has the information needed to secure the rebate.

Manual Inventory Changes. You can save all manual changes to inventory data. By manual changes we mean that somebody checked stock on an item and typed in a change for some data for the item. The changes to Number On Hand are available three different ways. You can have the system print the changes on your end of day report, you can report the changes over a selected time period similar to other transaction reports or you can display manual changes.

Report items added to or removed from work orders. Work orders seem to be the place where inventory gets lost. The loss can be a mistake or a method for theft. You would do well to not allow employees to have work orders on their personal accounts.
