Date Last Ordered is automatically set to the system date when the item is ordered. Use this date and the Last Order Number to investigate why items are not in stock that should be in stock.
The Last Order Number is a system number you use to identify your stock orders. When you order stock, the system automatically stores that number in the inventory data for each inventory item ordered.
